I’m a natural light photographer so I love to shoot mostly outdoors in gorgeous Guernsey (when the weather is behaving!). I have a candid, relaxed and playful approach to photography, so while I will guide you, the ‘pose + look at the camera’ moments are few and far between. I find the best photographs are taken from standing back and capturing people just as they are, whether that’s a sleepy newborn having a cuddle, a toddler running around giggling or a family splashing about in the sea. I am usually in full auntie mode, taking part in the action too!

The bond between a mama and her little person shines through a photograph, and is one of my favourites to capture. This session takes place at an outdoor location of your choice in Guernsey where you and your child(ren) will cuddle up, belly laugh, run wild and have allll the kisses, or sit quietly and have a cuddle/feed, and I will be there to capture those natural, unposed moments.

Perhaps your baby is growing so fast, you almost can’t quite believe how quickly they are changing and want to make time stand still with some beautiful photographs. You may want to celebrate their birthday with a portrait session to remember what they were like that at that age.
Or maybe you would like me to capture your toddler or child in their own little world outdoors. I will step back and let them have fun in their happy little bubble. The natural, joy-filled smiles we’ll get will make your heart burst!
family events, parties + special occasions
Whether you are celebrating a birthday, naming ceremony or another special event, I can come along to capture some natural photos or more posed/group shots, to help you remember the day.
As I am a natural light photographer (I avoid using flash and big lighting systems to make you feel more comfortable and at ease), this special events photography works best for celebrations that take place outside (or at indoor locations that have plenty of sunlight coming in).
Please let me know in your enquiry how many hours you would like me there for, and roughly how many photographs you envision having, so I can create a custom package that suits your special day.
